   Company: The OnBoard Group, Inc. is a leading general contracting company specializing in Commercial/Residential construction. Requirements: Experience with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Exel, Microsoft Outlook, and Quickbooks. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects at once. Experience with accounts payable/receivable. High School diploma or G.E.D. job Responsibilities: -Coordinate job site communications with company laborers and sub-contractors. -Ensure OnBoard s and all subcontractor s certificates of insurance are current. -Ensure all job site building permits and contractor s registrations are completed and remain current with each municipality. -Maintain detailed files for each project/customer. -Order job materials and/or parts and maintain parts inventory. -Schedule service calls. -Oversee day-to-day office operations such as answering telephones, sorting mail, ordering office supplies, accounts payable/receivable, banking, etc. -Other duties as assigned by supervisor. -Apply by e-mail to sandy@theonboardgroup.com or fax (815) 469-9758.
